About Me

Throughout my life I've found that I am happiest when I am troubleshooting issues whether it be repairing faulty light fixtures, diagnosing and repairing a spotty RF connection, or restoring internet to a local business. This love for problem solving is what led me to pursue a career as a software developer.

Oh Deer

I grew up going hunting at my uncle's hunting camp in South Eastern Alabama. I came up with the idea for Oh Deer after hearing other members air their frustrations with other members for walking through fields that were occupied. This is both annoying and very dangerous. These safety concerns made the need for an app like Oh-Deer apparent.

Oh-Deer was designed to allow all the members of my hunting camp the option to check the availability of all hunting stands on the proprty at that given time. The app also lets you view all previous hunts and add a note to the hunt about what you saw that day

It is a single page application created with React, which includes full CRUD functionality and uses a JSON server for storing data.
